Thompson Health offers a variety of Free Monthly Support Groups.  If you are or some you know is interested in attending a group please contact the group facilitator to confirm the meeting time and location.

Bereavement Support Group

This group is open to anyone who has experienced a loss due to death.

TOPS Taking Off Pounds Sensibly Support Group (Taking off Pounds Sensibly)
TOPS is a national non-profit weight loss group. The first half-hour is dedicated to weigh-ins and the second half to information, sharing and group discussion.

Lymphedema Support Group

Lymphedema Support GroupThis group welcomes all looking for support in dealing with all types of lymphedema. Those attending are welcome to share their experiences with lymphedema, including forms of treatment and therapy.

Resolve Through Sharing - Infant Loss Support Group

Infant Loss Parent Support Group. This group is for parents who have experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy, at birth or shortly after birth.

First Time Around Group

This educational & social gathering is for first-time mothers and their babies. Carrie Hartman, RS, BSN, and Courtney Phillips, RN, lactation consultant, are available to answer questions about breastfeeding and parenting. Meetings are open to all women regardless of where the baby was born.

Sleep Solutions

Sleep Solutions Support Group Sleep Apnea Support Group, This group, hosted by Thompson’s Sleep Disorders Center, provides education, support and tools to help individuals manage sleep apnea. Meetings are held in the Lakeside Professional Park across from the M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center. Family members are welcome.
