Dr. Tessa Reisinger, an obstetrician/gynecologist, recently joined the medical staff of UR Medicine Thompson Health. She is a Resident Member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a Resident Member of Physicians for Reproductive Health. When Dr. Reisinger is not working she enjoys being outdoors and spends time running, rock climbing, and hiking.

Varicose Veins Not Just a Cosmetic Problem

Dr. David E. Lee received his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in 1989. Dr. Lee completed both his radiology residency and his interventional radiology fellowship at University of Rochester Medical Center, in 1997 and 1998 respectively. 

Currently he is conducting research with PDT in the treatment of Cholangiocarcinoma using mixed vascular/biliary techniques. His special interests include malformation treatments, uterine fibroid therapies, varicose vein treatments, transplant interventions and oncology interventions.

Kimberly Tonovitz has been a dedicated member of the Thompson Health Rehabilitation Team since 2000. Her passion to help women regain strength, decrease pain, and optimize daily function has led her to earn a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section on Women’s Health. As a women’s health physical therapist, Kim strives to help women overcome the challenges of pelvic dysfunction and pain with a compassionate therapeutic approach. She provides customized treatment plans to help  each woman meet her personal goals.

Devang Butani, MD, Assistant Professor, Department of Imaging Sciences University of Rochester Medical Center and is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Butani practices all aspects of interventional radiology, ranging from interventional oncology to minimally invasive pain management/treatments for low back pain and migraines. His research has been presented on a national and international level

Dr. Butani joined the F.F. Thompson Hospital Medical Staff in September 2011 and in November 2011 began providing pain management services (lumbar epidural injections, lumbar selective nerve root block, sacroiliac join injections and migraine therapy) through the Diagnostic Imaging Department at F.F. Thompson Hospital.

Dr. Jillian Babu joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in 2012 as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Dr. Babu was born in Wellsville, NY and was raised in Allegany County. She moved to Buffalo to attend Daemen College and stayed for
Medical School at SUNY Buffalo. Her residency was completed at the University of Rochester. Dr. Babu is Board Certified. Her husband grew up just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is now a physical  therapist at Thompson Hospital.
